We ship within Israel via contracted carriers\/postal. Special areas may take longer or need WhatsApp coordination.<\/p>\n

2. Shipping costs<\/h2>\n

  • Free shipping over a threshold may apply when advertised.<\/li>\n
  • Large kits or bulk school orders may use a separate rate agreed in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Preparation and delivery times<\/h2>\n

    • Preparation:<\/strong> usually 2\u20135 business days after payment confirmation.<\/li>\n
    • After handover to carrier:<\/strong> usually 2\u20137 additional business days.<\/li>\n
    • Peak seasons may add delay; we will notify when possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Times are estimates, not a guaranteed calendar date unless confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n

      4. Address and receipt<\/h2>\n

      Provide a correct addre<\/p>\n

      5. Tracking<\/h2>\n

      When available, tracking is sent by message\/WhatsApp\/email.<\/p>\n

      6. Damage or shortage on arrival<\/h2>\n

      Inspect the parcel on receipt when possible. For clear damage\/shortage, photograph and contact us within 3 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      7. Digital delivery (PDF)<\/h2>\n

      After payment, a download link or file is sent by email\/account or WhatsApp. If missing after 24 business hours, check spam and contact us.<\/p>\n
