Cancellation and Returns Policy<\/h1>\n

This policy explains cancellation of distance contracts made on Looly | Learn Hebrew<\/strong>, under Israel\u2019s Consumer Protection Law<\/strong>, without limiting non-waivable rights.<\/p>\n

1. Cancelling physical products<\/h2>\n

  • As a rule for distance sales of goods: cancel within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods<\/strong> (or of receiving essential documents if delayed \u2014 as provided by law).<\/li>\n
  • Notify us clearly by email or WhatsApp with order number and name.<\/li>\n
  • Return the item in reasonable condition and original packaging where possible.<\/li>\n
  • Original shipping and\/or return costs may be deducted where the law allows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Contact us within 3 business days<\/strong> of receipt with photos. We will replace, complete or refund as appropriate.<\/p>\n

        After approved cancellation and return inspection (for goods), refunds go to the original payment method when possible within a reasonable time \/ as required by law (often within 14 days once conditions are met).<\/p>\n
