We offer printed/digital learning materials, kits and activities, and sometimes remote Hebrew courses.

2. Eligibility

Purchases are for adults 18+, or via a parent/guardian. You are responsible for accurate order details.

3. Products and prices

• Prices in ILS (₪), including VAT unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Descriptions and images aim to be accurate; minor print/color differences may occur.
• We may correct clear pricing errors with notice and a cancellation option.
• Stock is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is accepted when the order/payment is confirmed (or expressly via WhatsApp if agreed). Pay using the methods shown at checkout.

Schedule, content, sessions and pricing are set on the course page or registration form. Cancellation/rescheduling follows the returns policy and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Looly brand, characters, texts, images, designs and materials are protected. No commercial copying or republication without prior written consent.

8. Site use

No abuse, hacking attempts, excessive scraping or harmful form content. We may refuse orders or restrict access if fraud is suspected.

9. Limitation of liability

Materials are learning aids, not a full educational framework substitute. We work to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the relevant order amount where the law allows, without affecting non-waivable rights.

10. Consumer protection and governing law

Nothing here reduces your non-waivable rights under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law. Israeli law applies; Israeli courts have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights at your place of residence where applicable.
