Cancellation and Returns Policy

This policy explains cancellation of distance contracts made on Looly | Learn Hebrew, under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, without limiting non-waivable rights.

1. Cancelling physical products

• As a rule for distance sales of goods: cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods (or of receiving essential documents if delayed — as provided by law).
• Notify us clearly by email or WhatsApp with order number and name.
• Return the item in reasonable condition and original packaging where possible.
• Original shipping and/or return costs may be deducted where the law allows.

2. Common exceptions

• Custom-made items.

4. Remote courses

• Follow the course page / confirmation and applicable law.
• If we cancel or materially postpone, we will offer an alternative or refund for the undelivered part.
• Missing a session without prior cancellation does not automatically create a refund right unless stated otherwise.

5. Defective or wrong items

Contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photos. We will replace, complete or refund as appropriate.

6. Refunds

After approved cancellation and return inspection (for goods), refunds go to the original payment method when possible within a reasonable time / as required by law (often within 14 days once conditions are met).

7. How to cancel

1. Email or WhatsApp “cancellation request”.
2. Include name, phone, order number, product, and receipt date if known.
3. We will reply with return instructions or digital/course handling.

9. Relationship to the law

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the law prevails. This page is practical guidance, not personal legal advice.

• Digital content / PDFs after supply or download begins with informed consent, where the legal exception applies.
• Services begun with your express consent during the cooling-off period, to the extent allowed by law.

3. Digital products (PDF)

Before delivery/download you can usually cancel if supply has not started. After the file/link is sent, cancellation may be unavailable except for defects or our error.
