Shipping Policy

This policy explains shipping of physical products from Looly | Learn Hebrew. For PDFs see digital delivery below; for returns see the Cancellation & Returns Policy.

1. Delivery areas

We ship within Israel via contracted carriers/postal. Special areas may take longer or need WhatsApp coordination.

2. Shipping costs

• Shown at checkout by address and size/weight.
• Free shipping over a threshold may apply when advertised.
• Large kits or bulk school orders may use a separate rate agreed in advance.

3. Preparation and delivery times

• Preparation: usually 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• After handover to carrier: usually 2–7 additional business days.
• Peak seasons may add delay; we will notify when possible.

Times are estimates, not a guaranteed calendar date unless confirmed in writing.

When available, tracking is sent by message/WhatsApp/email.

6. Damage or shortage on arrival

Inspect the parcel on receipt when possible. For clear damage/shortage, photograph and contact us within 3 business days.

7. Digital delivery (PDF)

After payment, a download link or file is sent by email/account or WhatsApp. If missing after 24 business hours, check spam and contact us.
